      If you have a passion and the gift of working with this special population of individuals and are adaptable to the spontaneity of day to day operations this is the job for you. You'll also have autonomy and the time to be the best nurse you vowed to be from day 1.

      Cons

      The pay leaves a lot to be desired considering nurses work under their own individual license and risk liability daily

      Extremely low pay, (21) feels like a pca job, high turnover over rate. Toxic environment.
