      Generous PTO and holiday. The people BAMSI serves.

      Management and CEO don’t listen to employees. Management talks about changes never follows through with promises. Changes that do happen are to benefit management and CEO.

      Helping the population served, all residential positions are direct support though.

      Extremely low pay, (21) feels like a pca job, high turnover over rate. Toxic environment.
