      The individuals served at organization are wonderful and the reason so many abused staff continue to come there everyday because it's definitely not the pay

      Lots of micro aggressions from upper management. New logo but same racist management

      Helping the population served, all residential positions are direct support though.

      Extremely low pay, (21) feels like a pca job, high turnover over rate. Toxic environment.
