      BAMSI's staff provides amazing, dedicated and thoughtful work to children and adults who really need the programs BAMSI offers. The mission is admirable and people work really hard to help others succeed.

      Cons

      The agency has grown pretty rapidly so that can be a challenge.

      Helping the population served, all residential positions are direct support though.

      Extremely low pay, (21) feels like a pca job, high turnover over rate. Toxic environment.
