      Helping people who can’t help themselves

      Cons

      Mostly everything except what was mentioned in pros. Upper management very difficult to deal with. HR forget it. Short staffed, tired and underpaid staff. Nobody cares and it’s been going downhill.

      Helping the population served, all residential positions are direct support though.

      Cons

      Extremely low pay, (21) feels like a pca job, high turnover over rate. Toxic environment.
