Pros
I have been able to work with Individuals that have some medical disabilities as well as some with brain injuries and Mental disabilities. The interactions with the individuals as well as being able to do community this is so much fun.
Cons
Having the individuals move on if to pass or to move to another home for personal or medical reasons. The change in the individuals when they leave can be hard at times.
