Company-wide shutdown for holidays was very nice to have.
Cons
While company-wide shutdown was nice, it did not make up for the terrible compensation, as well as lack of increases. There was complete micro management at all levels, and no room for meaningful growth. Everything is disorganized, no one knows what their job is, and teams are constantly in a scramble. Leadership is unprofessional, discouraging, and degrading, expecting everyone to go above and beyond with no "thank you" or "good job" ever. People often feel unappreciated and taken advantage of here. Leadership tends to point fingers at everyone else and does not take any opportunity to coach the team through problems or mishaps. Employees are expected to answer their messages at all hours of the day and there is absolutely no work-life balance. Growth opportunity is based on favoritism, not effort or quality of work. I highly, highly recommend steering clear of this company. I have never experienced something like this before and I hope to never feel the way I did here again.
