Pros

The biggest pros are definitely the salary itself and added benefits, like Christmas bonus, grocery cash vouchers, and travel compensation.

Cons

Aside from short, general onboarding through the factory, you're left to your own devices regarding learning, acquiring SAP roles, equipping the office with a phone, PC, etc. Very slow regarding basic approvals (I was chasing an IT department for 3 weeks just to get a PC.) There is no guidance, task description, KPI explanations, and no support from the peers/colleagues. People seem generally demotivated and disinterested. Newcomers in finance are seen and treated as a threat by colleagues. There is no teamwork. Manager who has previously been reported for harrasment by the entire team separately for separate issues, was allowed to be promoted and simply moved to another country. Sexism is experienced daily. This is a company I recommend working in only if you're extremely tough-skinned and you're just in it for monetary gains.

Pros

Very strong compensation package, lots of very nice genuine people on the Reynolds US side

Cons

Toxic, politically charged environment, cliques of people each trying to place their own people in roles. A singular mis-trust and dislike of "outside" people who are brought in to move the company forward but the existing people who have worked there for years and years are all trying to protect and sustain their own roles and their own cliques. All show and pretty presentations but no meaningful, meaty strategy
