Hmmm - Manager BBGR Employee Review

Benefits, benefits, benefits! The company are working really hard to ensure that every employee feels valued and has benefits available, from a scheme to buy an ipad to simple thinks like free car parking and subsidised snacks and drinks. The management team have turned the company around from where it was 2 years ago, moving to a new site with better facilities and improving all communication from senior managers to managers and team leaders especially with the appraisal system now in place. There is a fair bonus structure in place that is achievable and the basic pay is good. All in all a great company to work for

No food on site other than a vending machine, that's about it!

I have worked for BBGR for a long time and I truly believe that BBGR values their employees. You are awarded for long service and the benefits package is really impressive. You are given the opportunity to invest in the company you are proud to work for. Continuous training is provided for all employees with monthly bulletins from senior management giving you informative data on how BBGR perform both locally and across all other entities.

The only downside is not having any food onsite. A snack machine containing food so you don't need to step outside on cold days would be an advantage.
