Pros
Huge business that is never going to fail, so job security is good. There's a range of divisions available to move between, including cinch, WeBAC, Partner Finance, Logistics, and the main Remarketing division.
Cons
Run on the cheap. Pay and conditions are poor, pension is poor, payrises are kept low but salaries and pay rises vary wildly from division to division, general staff care is poor, no healthcare for anyone but senior management, no dental, etc. Some divisions are still working 40 hr weeks whilst others are not, so there is no consistency in pay or expected working hours.
