      Staff are blinkered, little concept of bigger picture outside of their concern CEO has been in place for too long, migrates responsibility Does not operate as a commercially effective institution If you sit around long enough you’ll be a manager even if you can’t do the job

      Good teamwork, excellent project. A good opportunity to build professional relationships with residents who have complex needs, including substance misuse and mental health conditions.
