      Making a difference to peoples lives Other support workers are like family.

      Cons

      Managers manipulate people, promotions are given to favourites rather than on merit. If you want a carrer or a company that cares about you avoid this place. Everyone is unhappy, paying minimum wage to support workers then the bosses get a pay rise ontop of their over inflated wages, it's wrong

      Good teamwork, excellent project. A good opportunity to build professional relationships with residents who have complex needs, including substance misuse and mental health conditions.

      Cons

      Sadly, not enough shifts as a bank/relief worker
