Pros
There is an incredible sense of community within this team, and I've never encountered more coworkers that are willing to jump in and help on any project. That is because management supports growth and encourages each employee to follow their own path. Great pay and benefits, which is hard to find in this industry. I also appreciate that management is very receptive to ideas about making the business grow!

The leadership team is incredible! They really care about your growth and development. If you want to learn something new, they will make it happen! They truly go above and beyond to ensure you are supported, both as a worker and as a person. Really, the whole team is excellent, and you can tell everyone is passionate about what they do and excited to celebrate the work of others. It makes for a really great, collaborative environment.
