non educated workforce - Junior Broker BGC Group Employee Review

Bully type playground on brokers floor. No one has gone to university, nepotism, saw 2 generations working on the same desk. Racist, homophobic jokes (yes they call it banter but this is a workplace) Shouting at each other rather than helping and supporting each other Low expectations and respect towards junior brokers (got shouted at for getting a herb chicken instead of a sweet chili chicken for one of the brokers - yes they make you get coffee and lunches for the brokers...)
