Depending on your team, the colleagues can be friendly. Also casual dress environment.

Cons

Benefits below the standard in industry, lot of politics, company does not appreciate employees, no motivation in training or promoting, treats employees like liabilities not assets, very negative work environment, no proper performance evaluation or guidance.

Be prepared to work with people who 1) don’t know what a script is, seriously. 2) spend most of their day asking for help while playing cellphone 3) care more about what’s their manager’s favorite coffee than how to deliver 4) don’t share information because of job security 5) don’t let you speak so that your ideas/work could be their credits 6) don’t pay you because they don’t make money and extremely poor stock performance 7) don’t value talents because there is none and they cannot recognize.
