Finding people's dresses is rewarding work and the face to face with customers can be really positive and touching.
Cons
This company does not care about their employees. They hire too many people at a time and give very few hours a week. Hours can be cut significantly with mere weeks notice. You never know what the next pay period is going to look like. They also inspire very little loyalty in their employees, since it's nearly impossible to move up in the company. I saw multiple very good and dedicated stylists leave due to know acknowledgement of their high sales or being allowed enough hours to live on. Managers monopolize available hours and are the only ones with a somewhat livable wage. You absolutely must have at the very least one other job to survive living in New York. Management and corporate are unorganized as well. Electronics are faulty and way out of date, and facilities are not as clear as they should be.
