Some of the best people I've ever worked with. Some of the most beautiful surroundings I've ever been in. Some of the loveliest product I've ever beheld.
Cons
Very low compensation, not livable - pay is not competitive to styling/consulting at other bridal salons. If there is no commission/incentive, base pay should be higher. Get ready to work on major holidays - July 4th, Labor Day, etc. I understand keeping your retail shop open, but if stylists will not be compensated their holidays can at least be protected by closing appointment calendars on those days. Forced to stay full shift even when nights get quiet and all is taken care of. Then, later in the year when pay gets tight, they cut your hours. Only work here if you enjoy giving it all for little to nothing back.
