Pros

Free lift tickets, beautiful location, the culture amongst seasonal staff is unbeatable, seasonal workplaces offer many opportunities to move up when you have less experience

Cons

Worked too much to use the free lift tickets. Never worked less than 55hrs/wk. Usually understaffed, difficult to find reliable employees because everyone goes there to live on the mountain. Corporate structure is frustrating. It's difficult to get anything done because it has to go through so many people and often end up doing things yourself. Maintenance, bless them, are swamped so, as hard as they work, it still takes them ages to get to anything that isn't so urgent it supersedes all else. There isn't enough employee housing so half the staff comes in from Bozeman every day. Four hours travel time they're not paid for which is a huge hit to morale and leads to people getting burnt out or quitting. Healthcare plan is worthless.

One of the best locations to be working in the outdoors! Felt well supported and had a blast working for the camp.

Pros

Ski and golf benefits across some great resorts

Cons

Company seems to be taking all the cool stuff away, discounts and limiting employee golf and ski benefits. Enjoyed working here for over a decade but now seems like they are focused on making this place more like Vail.
