      Pros

      At BSA they have the BSA Way which is for all employees to follow. This includes minimal cell-phone use on or off the job as long as you are in the presents of patients or guests. This is very important in a work environment. Also, the benefits are wonderful.

      Cons

      The only downside there is to working at BSA is there weren't enough team meetings. Team meetings help with issues within your work area and co-workers.
