Pros
Each employee is given a laptop, which is great to work from home or to take along to client meetings....or home to work nights/weekends. Benefits are ok.
Cons
From my experience, employees are hired for a job and remain in that position until they get fed up with the lower than competition pay, expected overtime, and lack of work-life balance and leave. Drafters are seen more as nameless, replaceable faces to get the job done than beneficial human assets to the company. If you are one to be married to your job or use your work to avoid your home life, you'll fit in here - especially if you have no aspirations of promotions or advancing your skills.
