Once projects are completed, employees often become expendable. The company may cite “budget constraints” as the reason for termination when work slows down. Over the past five years, you would be the 10th person laid off from BSB under similar circumstances. Apply at your own risk. The grass can’t always be greener on other side.

-No career growth, upper management is swamped with work. No time for mentorship -Bsb accepts almost all incoming work while laying off staff yearly, expect to constantly be overworked -management pressures you to work fridays in order to meet unrealistic deadlines -you will be working on either cookie cutter single family homes, millennial dorms or uninspired commercial spaces
