Highly professional, quality deliverables. Personable ownership, responsive to the needs of their employees, value employee loyalty. Low employee turnover.
Cons
Difficult to professionally advance unless you're licensed. Slow to accept new technology. Ownership more focused on project management and not on company goals and growth.
