      One of the best engineering firms in Louisville to work for, good to their employees that work hard and do a good job for them.

      Cons

      Training for techs is few and none, they pay for it with no restitution from the company.

      Stable company with long standing ownership. Very diverse engineering services; Civil, Structural, Cell Towers, Land Planning, Landscape Architecture, Roadway, Surveying. Highly professional, quality deliverables. Personable ownership, responsive to the needs of their employees, value employee loyalty. Low employee turnover.

      Cons

      Difficult to professionally advance unless you're licensed. Slow to accept new technology. Ownership more focused on project management and not on company goals and growth.
