BTS Software Solutions - Anonymous employee BTS Software Solutions Employee Review

I have only been apart of the team for about 2 months but so far they have been great about making sure I'm not lost. They have been on top of keeping in contact with me since day one of joining the team. From what I have gathered in the last couple months is BTS is very dedicated to the mission and has no interest in slowing down in the future, which is great for the future of the employees. I served in the Army before joining the team and BTS has made and is still making the effort to make the transition from the military to the civilian world. One of the bigger pros I have come to learn is BTS is not a very large company which from what can tell makes it a little easier for the staff to be more involved with the employees. Overall, so far I have had a great experience with BTS.
