Pros
I'm so impressed with the genuine integrity and heart of our leadership and how this company keeps adding benefits to help their employees. They've expanded their PTO, doubled their 401 k company match and are adding 5250 reimbursement for professional development. They are winning key contracts and growing in strategic and intelligent ways. I've been here 3 years and it just keeps getting better. I really respect the people in this company!
Cons
I don't really have a con, but we are required to add one here. In a perfect world, medical would be free for everyone. However that isn't the companies fault. We do have great medical at a normal price, and our rates didn't go up this year, it's just medical is expensive unless you are on Tricare which I'm not.
