      good hours- you choose and they commit to giving you classes at those times

      Cons

      lots of no shows/ no students enrolled. You only get half pay for these classes but still have to be available to teach.

      I have met some really caring and smart people at the company. The work-life balance is great.

      Slow career progression, disconnect between Berlin office and NYC office.
