Pros
Youthful workforce, friendly coworkers. Most employees are freshly graduated early 20-somethings in their first office job. There is no rivalry between colleagues.
Cons
Disconnect between expectations (monitored hourly productivity), your skills, and the workload. Most lower and mid-level managers have minimal experience outside this company and have had no management training. Terrible employee relations handling, crisis resolution is non-existent. Morale is very low. Turnover is exceptionally high (which means potential for growth into lower and middle management!) HR does not handle conflicts in the workforce nor special needs of employees. Growth and opportunities will not reflect your aspirations but rather their needs. Minimal skill development, no mentoring. Calculated quotas for all departments and numbered productivity based on outdated data sets. Management is passive when issues arise and rarely accepts constructive criticism from employees. Departing employees are not asked for feedback upon resignation from HR. Pay scales are not representative of skills required at interview nor of expectations of workload.
