Pros
The culture is very family oriented. Upper management is very considerate of employees personally and professionally. They tend to promote from within before hiring from outside. Great company to work for.
Cons
Training needs a little improvement but I believe they are striving to make it better. Having the right people in place helps. Also having a backup pool of trained people would be useful in the event of vacations or employment termination.
