Overworked. Underpaid. Raises are almost nonexistent. No room to grow. No diversity in upper management. PTO is terrible. Technology is outdated. Email never works. Management isn’t open to new suggestions or ideas. Outdated processes and systems make it hard to do your job. No work/life balance. They pretty much took a crap on their employees in a global pandemic and forced us to come into the office with no additional compensation or even so much as a Thank You. Employees don’t stay long except for the old people who are used to old tech.
