Pros

Bark gives you the opportunity to make an impact and make decisions. The business is always ever changing which keeps the job exciting and challenging. Further, at Bark BDRs, AEs, Marketing, AMs collaborate as team to achieve goals, a positive, and unified work environment.

Cons

It feels like a startup environment with limited resources, but with the backing of a strong HQ in the UK, we have the support we need.
