Los beneficios se ven bien en cuanto a percepciones para México.

En cuanto ven que pueden te saturan de trabajo Tienen una desorganización interna los technical leads no tienen estructura y terminan culpandote por errores que ellos mismos causan. Al final, no cumplen con lo que dicen. Te prometen que todo estará bien cuando no es así. No sé fien de ellos. Concretamente en juntas las mueven a cada momento y cambian los tiempos de entrega aleatoriamente intuyendo que debes de saberlos sin mandar avisos. Tienen peleas internas entre departamentos. Fingen en juntas causar una impresión de familiaridad y equipo cuando en realidad no es así. Forzan la inclusion cuando no son tolerantes en lo absoluto solo para tener premios.

It was a great company to learn Had great and important clients

Toxic environment since leaders didn't have any management skills. They carried over the years a lot of incompetent people. The Company is closing was announced in the last layoff Mass Layoffs: Two significant rounds of layoffs took place, one at the end of 2023 and another at the beginning of 2024. Unethical Severance: Laid-off employees were pressured to accept a mere 10-15% of the legally mandated severance pay (liquidación) they were entitled to receive in Mexico. This is not only unfair but potentially illegal. Zero Support: The company offered no assistance whatsoever to laid-off employees. There was no HR consultation, legal aid, or any form of financial or economic support provided during this difficult transition. It was clear that at the end the Top management took unethical decisions to save money or try to save the company, affecting all employees for their lack of financial planning and management. Use of old technologies and no ability to learn more due to heavy workloads, as a developer it didn't provide any value for a professional career
