      Great place to work and learn

      Pros

      The team has a lot of experience and fun together. Lots of opportunities to work with Fortune 500 companies on interesting and challenging projects. The organization is pretty flat and it is easy for people willing to work hard take initiative to grow in responsibility and salary. Work hard / play hard culture.

      Cons

      Some of the projects require travel. This comes and goes in waves. Most of the senior leadership are also on projects so when they get busy we don't see them as much unless you happen to be on a project with them.

      Got to work with some incredible people, the ones who weren't related to the CEO.

      Cons

      Terrible Management, Did not applied their own policies, Nepotism in their ranks, no career path in the company, constant lies to clients and the internal team.
