Incompetent - Investigator Bashen Employee Review

This position is fully remote, which offers flexibility. Cases are fast-paced and each case is different so work is never monotonous. Many different clients allow me to learn about varying industries and types of employment law cases. Management is understanding if emergencies arise. I have witnessed several others be promoted in my time here.

There are many new clients due to changes in the industry, which can be a lot to learn if you are not organized.

I learned I can handle just about anything. I made some good foxhole-type friendships.

Do not accept a job here. If you work here, get out as soon as possible. The business owners are incompetent and apathetic. They are hanging to this business and their sanity by a thread. Surely they have filed for bankruptcy multiple times. There is no real training. You will be scrutinized, demeaned, and never trusted. Your legal knowledge and skills will degrade. Pay is substandard.
