- Cash Bonus structure used to be based on yearly performance . 2022 was badly management and bonus structure changed by giving stock option for senior associate and above which might be worthless - Senior Management is too inexperienced and amateur in handling situations such as recent layoffs and being transparent on decision making - CEO has assured everyone that there will be no layoffs but they cut at engineers and design team which brutally, could have done better. It still beats down to inexperienced management. These are some of the red flags you should consider before joining them.
