Overall, the experience was very positive. The interviewers were welcoming and professional, making the process feel more like a conversation than a test. They provided helpful guidance about the company, the team’s vision, and what they were looking for in the role. The questions were thoughtful and relevant, touching on both technical design skills and creative problem-solving. The process felt fair and engaging throughout, including the final design test, which was reasonable in scope.

I had four interviews: one with HR, focused on standard onboarding topics, and three with the Tech team, specifically the Director, Manager, and DevOps lead. The technical interviews explored SaaS experience, leadership approach, and overall management style.
