      Pros

      - One of the hardest working teams i've ever worked with. It's sentiment to the fact that it's not just a job and everyone treats the company like it's their own. - Never a dull day - Great company and team building days, recently went to the Crystal Maze in London and it was so much fun - Every opinion is a valid opinion and no idea is a stupid one - Never felt as comfortable as quickly as I have done working at BeautyStack - Great vision and values

      Cons

      Due to the startup nature, you have to be prepared to be adaptable and up for anything, there is a very strong can do attitude around the office and it can be quite fast paced but all within reason.

      Pros

      - As you would expect from a start-up, no two days are ever really the same. - Fantastic team; everyone gets along and we all like to socialise together. - Your career progression is actually taken seriously. - Fun team lunches or breakfasts for any new starters. - Super flexible if you ever need to work from home. - Amazing team away days for reaching goals, not to mention everyone having the option to suggest socials for us all to take part in. - The connections you make and the opportunities you're presented with are invaluable. - Everyone has their say, no one is ever left out.

      Cons

      Not so much "cons", but... - Be prepared to work hard in a fast-paced environment. - Not a burn-out culture, but definitely not a 9-5 job. If things need doing outside of working hours, then so be it. We're all in it to win it.

      Pros

      The team is *diverse*, creative, and friendly, which makes for an incredibly social and progressive workplace environment. The CEO does a fantastic job at building a sense of friendship and community among the employees. Everyone believes in the product, works hard, and supports one another. If this is what a WOC-run business looks like, lets see more of it within the tech space please!
