      Talented, friendly and ambitious team. Lots of focus on making the product the best it can be for customers - and quick to adapt to the current market.

      Cons

      Very fast pace, definitely not a 9 to 5 job - but that's similar to most other startups.

      Pros

      The team is *diverse*, creative, and friendly, which makes for an incredibly social and progressive workplace environment. The CEO does a fantastic job at building a sense of friendship and community among the employees. Everyone believes in the product, works hard, and supports one another. If this is what a WOC-run business looks like, lets see more of it within the tech space please!
