Not so much "cons", but... - Be prepared to work hard in a fast-paced environment. - Not a burn-out culture, but definitely not a 9-5 job. If things need doing outside of working hours, then so be it. We're all in it to win it.

Due to the startup nature, you have to be prepared to be adaptable and up for anything, there is a very strong can do attitude around the office and it can be quite fast paced but all within reason.
