      hohe Fluktuation, geringe Wertschätzung der Mitarbeiter, unterdurchschnittliche Bezahlung (worauf man auch im Geschäftsbericht an sein Aktionäre auch noch stolz ist)

      Amazing benefits, great interview style, good communication and decent pay

      Cons

      Job application emails aren't exactly clear since in the US a zoom meeting is with face not chat but its appreciated and helps clear up any confusion
