Sales process is antiquated, you cal leads off excel spread sheets. You would think for a cloud company, they would have a sales CRM....Management is much too frugal for that. This sales organization is run like a telemarketing bank. They do not keep salespeople more than 3 months as they church and burn them for leads. PTO is a joke, the CTO somehow is somehow running the sales dept? If you dont believe me, the company has been around for 6 plus years. Only 1 salesperson has been there over 2 years. Look at how many salespeople came and left in a short period of time. The owner has a brilliant technical mind, but is mysogonistic and rude and quite frankly the EEOC should take a look into some practices. I could provide witnesses and examples.
