      a good working environment, collaborative colleagues, challenging work and flexibility that makes the employee happy to work every day. This is very important because, although we are mostly at a distance, we have the feeling that we are never alone.

      salaries are probably just below average.

      Pros

      BEE has the best culture I have ever experienced. Operated on transparency, trust, innovation and a top notch product, BEE has created an atmosphere where every individual can shine. Every employee is valued and is an integral cog in the wheel of the business. Upper management is actively involved in the day to day and sets an example of leadership that all companies should aspire to.

      Cons

      Sometimes we eat too much pasta.
