      Pros

      BEE has the best culture I have ever experienced. Operated on transparency, trust, innovation and a top notch product, BEE has created an atmosphere where every individual can shine. Every employee is valued and is an integral cog in the wheel of the business. Upper management is actively involved in the day to day and sets an example of leadership that all companies should aspire to.

      Cons

      Sometimes we eat too much pasta.

      Pros

      A great group of motivated, talented, and really nice people, from very diverse backgrounds. Strong focus on product quality with a clear mission around easy-to-use design tools for digital marketing. The yearly team retreat in Italy is awesome.

      Cons

      We work remotely: wish we had a bigger budget to get people together more often in person.
