      The boss buys you lunch on Friday. You get a Macbook to use for work. Fun parties.

      Cons

      I was working well with my supervisor. However, I had to report to another supervisor. Then, I got micro-management which is why I quit the job.

      The company offers extensive training opportunities for people with limited experience. While occasional extra hours may be necessary, the compensation is competitive and fair.

      Flexible schedule, paid travel, paid mileage.

      Could be more organized. I think they are still working out the best way to organize training, mobile devices etc.
