Pros

Nothing, but since there is a 20 word minimum, I suppose the only pro would be the location.

Cons

Upper management has zero clue how to run a business. The CEO literally does everything the overpowering, fear mongering COO tells her to do. The COO spends about 5-6 hours every day screaming, yelling, and cursing at the sales reps over the phone for not selling even though they are assigned to territories that have been left abandoned for years because they can’t keep a sales rep longer than a few months in those areas. Upper management wants you to be afraid of them. If you’ve ever seen the Devil Wears Prada, imagine that type of environment only with an extremely outdated facility (this place hasn’t been updated since the early 1970’s) and, now that I think about it, Miranda Priestly was actually nicer. You cannot trust any of your co-workers with anything because they are all deathly afraid of upper management and every word you say is reported to upper management. The CEO and COO go out to lunch for 3 hours at a time because they are afraid that the building is “bugged” and that someone is recording their conversations. Very paranoid environment. Stay far away from this place!

Pros

Company is well run and managed. I learned more from my manager in one year than in all my work years combined. Did I work harder than ever before? I sure did! I also landed my current job because of the experience I gained. Reading the nasty reviews on this site, these are disgruntled people who were probably fired or just lazy and did not want to work. Its a good company to work for, but be prepared to work hard and step outside the comfort zone.

Cons

Company expected a lot and sometimes did not understand that more people were necessary for the volume of work. Management needed to delegate more responsibility.
