      Pay is good at first. Feed you well. Great if you like working weekends and holiday weekends and don’t want to be home with your family.

      Cons

      Burn you up then discard you when job is completed. Don’t pay you for what you really do. Good old boy system.

      Lot of incompetent senior managers specially in Pune office. Not the place to grow technically in software A very people know what software lifecycle and Project management is. A lot of micro managers
