      Paid overtime and mileage. Local managers are fine but powerless.

      Cons

      Belden IT management likes to make life miserable for acquisitioned IT people. Especially women and minorities.

      Nothing comes to mind in term of pros.

      Lot of incompetent senior managers specially in Pune office. Not the place to grow technically in software A very people know what software lifecycle and Project management is. A lot of micro managers
