Stigmatization and lack of sympathy/empathy for those with mental illnesses by management and HR (let go due to mental health issues exacerbated by emotionally abusive environment, unethical/illegal practices such as hiding inventory at the end of each month (attention SEC), pay well below Silicon Valley median wages though work added great value and saved the day many times.

Not the place to grow technically in software
