      Management is rapidly lowering the moral of its employees on a daily basis. Hourly employees are very skilled and knowledgeable and are in fact the only thing that is keeping the cobourg plant operating.

      Lot of incompetent senior managers specially in Pune office. Not the place to grow technically in software A very people know what software lifecycle and Project management is. A lot of micro managers
