Flexible work schedule for work life balance.
Cons
Lack of mentorship and guidance for new associates. Forced ranking ensures that one associate from your department will receive a poor review and possibly let go just because each department has to reach a certain percentage. Management is forced to rank someone at a level they are not to meet that ranking percentage. Engagement in most facilities are very poor. Most are dissatisfied with management appreciation.
