      Good company that is embracing change. Lots of opportunity if you want to chase it.

      Cons

      Work/life balance can be an issue if you let it get out of hand. Like everywhere else there are resource constraints and work can fill your schedule 24/7.

      Lot of incompetent senior managers specially in Pune office. Not the place to grow technically in software A very people know what software lifecycle and Project management is. A lot of micro managers
